First Edition, right in the heart of Canary Wharf's financial area, close to the fountains of Cabot Square, this colourful contemporary restaurant is especially popular for its unhurried, brasserie-style lunches. In the evening it takes on the complexion of a wine bar, but you can call in at any time for a drink and a spot of socialising.
The long menu casts its nets wide for an extensive selection of eclectic dishes ranging from true-Brit smoked haddock and mash or steak and kidney pie, through beef carpaccio and gnocchi napoli to Asian ideas such as salmon teriyaki or Thai green vegetable curry.
