The city sibling of Fishers in Leith occupies premises right at the heart of Edinburgh's social scene, and is run along similar lines to its elder brother. It's relaxed and casual: there are no tablecloths or side plates on the tables, photographs cover the deep-ochre walls, and the menu is bolstered by blackboard specials reflecting the market.
