One of Oxfordshire's great pubs, The Fishes in North Hinksey Village was given a new lease of life by the enterprising Peach Pubs Company, which now runs a handful of successful outlets across Central England. Their revitalisation of The Fishes involved lightening and brightening up the interior, as well as adding French doors that can be opened onto a new terrace for summer dining.

Peach Pubs have earned a reputation for their flexible menus, fair prices and modern attitude, and the food here is no exception.
