Brasserie 1 is the signature restaurant located in the Crowne Plaza Resort, originally the Five Lakes Hotel in Tolleshunt Knights which has reopened after a multimillion-pound refurbishment. The light and airy restaurant has an informal and relaxed atmosphere offering an international menu with British influences. The menu also features classic British dishes such as cod and chips, 21 day dry aged steaks, a selection of grill and seafood dishes and a range of lighter healthy options.
