Fortingall lies at the geographical centre of Scotland and it comes complete with an ancient yew tree thought to date back some 5,000 years. The whole village was built in Victorian times as an example of the Arts & Crafts movement, with magnificent Glenlyon House at one end and the Fortingall Hotel at the other.

Formal meals are served in the stylish Arts & Crafts restaurant with its distinctive furniture and subtle tweed curtains.
