The Fox and Grapes situated in Wimbledon is the latest venture for Michelin starred chef Claude Bosi, owner of the highly regarded Hibiscus Restaurant in Mayfair, recently nominated one of the world's top 50 best restaurants. Bosi is no stranger to making a success of restaurant pubs, he doesn't like the term 'gastro pub', having obtained a Bib Gourmand for The Bell Inn at Yarpole in Herefordshire, which he sold last year.
