Once a traditional inn in Machen in Wales, this delightful restaurant retains the pub's original features with a contemporary twist, using contemporary art, oak panelling and halogen lights to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The menu is seasonal and uses fresh ingredients to create dishes such as chorizo sausage salad with caramelised pear and truffles, black pudding in filo with a tomato and chilli salsa, and beef with garlic king prawns on courgette ribbons.
