Authentic regional Italian food within a few miles of Gatwick Airport is the promise at Gallucci, the revamped fine-dining restaurant on the ground floor of the Arora International Hotel. The swanky dining room is decked out in muted reds, browns and creams, with subtle lighting and thick sumptuous carpets.
Omero Gallucci is one of those Italian chefs who learned most of the basics from his mother – although his lessons took place in the family kitchen in North London.
