Galvin Bistrot de Luxe Review

Brothers-in-whites Chris and Jeff Galvin are veterans of the London restaurant scene and have teamed up to create the kind of buzzy modern 'bistro-plus' that is a breath of fresh air in the capital. It remains a fraternal double act, even though Chris now splits his time between the Bistrot and the heady world of Galvin at Windows on the twenty-eighth floor of the London Hilton.

Bistrot de Luxe occupies a converted shop that has seen restaurants come and go, but this time round success seems assured – judging by the gongs, accolades and general applause that have greeted what goes on in the L-shaped dining room.
