Chris and Jeff Galvin have notched up another Michelin star in their latest venture La Chapelle situated in Spitalfields, named in honour of the great Hermitage wine, La Chapelle, Galvin La Chapelle is the sister restaurant to Michelin starred Galvin at Windows and Bistrot de Luxe; the brothers certainly appear to have achieved another sure winner in the London restaurant scene.
