The George Review
The George at Cavendish, "Les Routiers Dinning Pub of the Year 2003, East Anglia" had life breathed back into it by Jonathan and Charlotte Nicholson in 2002. Since then, it hasn't looked back.
It is a tastefully designed, beamed restaurant, overlooking the village green. The restaurant accommodates 56 diners inside, but has a walled garden and courtyard area.
Kirsty, Assistant Manageress told The UK Restaurant Guide that if she didn't actually work there, she would be enticed by the ambience of the courtyard garden which has 15 tables with heaters.
