The Nottingham branch of the Georgetown chain is regally situated in the exquisite front dining room of the Colwick Hall Hotel, with its stunning ceiling depicting Venus and the cherubs. Like its siblings, the restaurant is decked out in the style of a grand colonial ballroom with wicker chairs, plants and sepia prints; the long bar serves as a Singapore Sling station, with Chopin and Mozart playing in the background.
