Gilbey's, situated in the heart of Old Amersham, is housed in a quaint building that was formerly a 17th century grammar school and has the church as its backdrop. Owned by Michael, Lin, Bill & Caroline Gilbey this is the sister restaurant to Gilbey's Restaurant in Eton. The restaurant is small but elegant, creating an intimate ambience and the exposed brick work and tasteful décor add to its charm.
