Gilgamesh with its unfathomable name cost more than £12m to build, can seat almost 800 souls in two bars, there's an Oriental tea house and an extravagant 150-cover dining room. Those with a smattering ancient history will know that Gilgamesh was a Babylonian king in Mesopotamia – part god, part man, who ruled aeons ago and had an 'epic' written about him.
