Since opening under the guidance of Franco Faganello in 2008, The Glass Room has established itself as a glamorous fine dining restaurant in London's exclusive Notting Hill, serving exquisite contemporary Italian cuisine. The restaurant stands on the same site as the former 'Boyd' which was host to numerous celebrities during the eighties - ranging from Elton John to Princess Diana.
