Despite its name, the Green Inn is actually a restaurant-with-rooms, rather than a country hostelry - although it does overlook the local village green. Current owners the O'Halloran family are improving the place all the time, and recently added a new light-filled conservatory (complete with a wood-burning stove) onto the smartly refurbished, salmon-pink dining room.
The O'Hallorans don't serve lunch, but their evening menu more than makes amends.
