Grill on the Hill is the new restaurant located in the 17th century Stanley House Hotel which is set in fifty-four acres of Ribble Valley countryside, just outside the Lancashire village of Mellor. With a rich blackberry and purple décor the dining room is very smart looking out over the beautifully manicured lawns and gardens, with views beyond to the Fylde Coast.
The man at the helm is Andrew Parker a seasoned chef who previously worked at Harvey Nichols' Bar and Brasserie in Manchester.
