Hart's is the sort of place that manages to do everything well. Set up in 1997 by Tim and Stefa Hart (of Hambleton Hall fame) it occupies part of a former hospital in a sedate Regency quarter of the city and has garnered a fistful of awards, accolades and goodwill along the way.
