Preston was one of Paul Heathcote's first destinations after he decided to branch out beyond his flagship Longridge Restaurant. Since then, the chosen premises - once a convent school - has become a real asset to the town's financial district.

The 'Winckley Square Chop House' tag has been dropped and the venue is now called Heathcotes Brasserie.
