When Claude Bosi decided to move Michelin-starred Hibiscus from gentrified Ludlow to the urban chic of Mayfair, he not only brought the name and his maverick culinary intelligence, but also many of his staff (and, of course, his other half, Claire). The setting is a rather anonymous piece of corporate W1 real estate, which has been tastefully re-jigged with oak-panelling, narrow mirrors and touches of chi-chi glamour.
