Hix Oyster & Fish House Review

British food champion Mark Hix followed his successful Oyster & Chop House in London's Smithfield by opening this fish-based cousin, Hix Oyster & Fish House, overlooking the famous Cobb and harbour in Lyme Regis. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide great vistas, or you can enjoy it all from the fine-weather terrace.

It's a dream location with marvellous views of the Jurassic coastline, and the kitchen takes full advantage of the catch from the local boats.
