Ignacio Campos was determined to inject some Mediterranean warmth in this part of Auld Reekie when he opened Iggs in the Old Town. Fun may be the name of the game, but the kitchen takes its work seriously, offering an exciting fusion of Scottish produce with a forthright Mediterranean and Iberian accent – especially when it comes to seafood.
