Situated on the ground floor of Admiral House, the JAR restaurant has evolved into one of the premier modern restaurants on the Isle of Man. The kitchen delivers contemporary European food in an elegant setting.

The menu changes regularly, but you might open with seared fillet of red snapper, vegetable ribbons, saffron and orange emulsion and prawn ravioli or confit of duck leg, puy lentils, caramelised beetroot, and beetroot syrup.
