Capetown comes to Cheshire in the shape of Annemarie Groenwald's enterprising restaurant, with a South African deli on the first floor. The modern building stands right beside the Manchester Ship Canal, and you can watch the boats drift by from the arched picture windows of the dining room.
The kitchen specialises in authentic dishes such as bobotie and pap en wors (a version of sausage and mash), as well as stir-fried crocodile and roast kudu with boerwors sausage, ostrich and springbok.
