'Jim' is actually James Trevor, who moved here with his wife Sharon after putting the Jackson Stops Inn at Stretton on the foodie map. Their new home is an old stone building in one of Stamford's courtyards, with conservatory windows overlooking the alfresco area and a bare-brick dining room reached via a metal staircase.
