Named after the nearby M4 intersection, this all-comers' restaurant in a converted railway station overlooking the Usk fairly buzzes with life and activity. Despite its location - sandwiched between an old church and a housing development - it puts on an exotic face with mini palm trees, oriental statues and bamboo seats helping to create an almost colonial atmosphere.
