This stalwart Indian Tandoori restaurant, the Kennington Tandoori or KT as it's fondly called, first opened its doors in 1985 on a busy stretch of Kennington High Road. This eminently friendly establishment, a popular haunt of celebrities and politicians has a stylish new interior, where 1930's ambience blends with 21st century amenities.

The kitchen shows a real dedication to freshly prepared food, there are no artificial additives or lurid red colourings here, instead spices are roasted and ground daily and the menu stays true to classic seasonal recipes.
