Kinloch Lodge Review

Lady Claire Macdonald ('the cook for all seasons') has made quite a name for herself with a string of recipe books, newspaper columns, demonstrations and TV appearances, but still finds time to run this 300-year-old lodge overlooking Loch Na Dal with her husband and children. Kinloch is a real family affair.

She puts her ideas into practice with bags of infectious enthusiasm when it comes to cooking for her guests at the hotel.
