Knockinaam Lodge Review

Knockinaam is a quintessential Victorian hunting lodge, all grey stonework and immaculate lawns at the foot of a wooded glen. It's one of southwest Scotland's country-house gems. Ownership of the hotel has changed over the years, but Anthony Pierce has held sway in the kitchen since 1994 and is the proud recipient of a Michelin star.
