For over 35 years Pierre Koffmann's name has been synonymous with the finest dining London has had to offer. He now returns the The Berkley with Koffman's at The Berkeley, a simple, elegant and understated restaurant with earthy colours on leather chairs and banquettes, complementing off-white textured wall coverings. Food-themed photographs line the walls, and the kitchen is open to view the production of his hearty, robust, seasonal food which is influenced by his Gascon heritage.
Expect to see some of Koffmann's signature dishes such as scallops with squid ink, pig's trotter stuffed with sweetbreads & morels, and pistachio soufflé with pistachio ice cream.
To match the rustic cuisine, wines sourced from individual French family producers capture the flavour of their particular terroir.
