Staunchly Gallic through and through, Pascal and Christine Ardilly's discreet little restaurant L'auberge on Upper Richmond Road is just the ticket for Putney locals. It's the kind of place where you can feel really content and contented, thanks to the engaging mood of the place and the unassuming, straightforward cooking.
