Lancaster London Hotel, Nipa Review

Situated on the first floor of the towering high-rise the London Lancaster Hotel, Nipa is faithfully modelled on its sister establishment, the Landmark Bangkok. The interior has been opulently decorated in authentic style with teak panelling and native artefacts; staff are dressed in traditional silk costumes, music tinkles in the background and the calm dining room also boasts great views over Hyde Park from its picture windows.

Mrs Nongyao Thoopchoi has been running the kitchen since the restaurant opened in 1996 and her cooking makes much of central Thailand's regional specialities along with more familiar dishes.
