Occupying a converted warehouse by St Peter Port quay and the marina, this long-running restaurant shows off its 'nautique' credentials with themed décor and a menu that majors in locally landed seafood.
The wide-ranging repertoire depends on the haul, but typical offerings have included mussel soup with saffron and Guernsey cream, fillet of red mullet with Mediterranean vegetables and red pepper beurre blanc, and seared fillet of sea bass with chorizo, crushed potatoes and a red wine reduction.
