There's a vibrant and colourful Mediterranean feel to the place, especially when crowds spill out onto the flower-filled terrace and the sounds of live summertime jazz fill the air.

A chunk of the town's Roman city wall forms part of the main dining room at the back of the restaurant, where stripped floorboards and stencilled frescoes of lemon trees set the tone.
