A classic Sicilian family-run restaurant, Leonardo Restaurant opened its doors in 1996 and now considers itself to be the 'Don' among Brighton's clutch of traditional trattorias. The kitchen is particularly proud of its homemade pasta: try pappardelle with strips of chicken breast and spinach or green tortelloni filled with Ricotta cheese.
