Still going strong after 15 years, the Lighthouse is a real boon to Aldeburgh locals, culture vultures and holidaymakers alike. The restaurant is spread over four rooms on two floors with blue and yellow colour schemes, mirrors and light wood. Fish from the Aldeburgh boats gets top billing on the menu, whether it's cold lobster with new potatoes and herb mayo, sea bass on mizuna pesto or skate with saffron and caper sauce.
