The flagship branch of a small chain of flexible seafood restaurants, Livebait Waterloo occupies large, three-roomed premises close to the Old Vic and the cultural attractions of the South Bank. Fish is sourced from around the globe, so expect to see Madagascan and Saudi white crevettes rubbing shells with Devon crab, Claire oysters and Nova Scotia lobster on the gargantuan shellfish platters.
