The Longridge Restaurant is the flagship restaurant of Paul Heathcote's gastronomic empire and it occupies a group of homespun Lancashire cottages, but the interior has been given a bright, contemporary look of late with bold colours, suede seating and clever lighting.

Hywell Griffith is now heading up the kitchen and he learned his craft in several stellar kitchens including Michelin-starred Ynyshir Hall in Wales, the Chester Grosvenor with Simon Radley and the five star Lanesborough Hotel in London.
