Jane and Carlos Cortes stepped into the premises once occupied by Le Bouchon to create Luso, a vibrant and cool venue devoted to all things Portuguese. They have given the place a chic minimalist look, with striking canvases on cream walls and bunches of lavender on the tables.
The cooking focuses on native Portuguese specialities, but also ventures out to embrace colonial influences from Brazil and West Africa to Goa and Japan.
