The Mahoney twins opened this likeable neighbourhood bistro in 2003, with Neil out front and Andi in the kitchen. It's proving to be a successful double act and a great boon to Abergele.
The menu promises sound bistro-style dishes along the lines of black pudding and red onion marmalade tarte Tatin with asparagus, mustard oil and a soft poached egg, followed by baked monkfish wrapped in Parma ham with bubble 'n' squeak, sweet potato purée and beurre blanc or slow-braised lamb shank with forest mushrooms, macaroni and café au lait sauce.
