Mandarin Restaurant Review

Newcastle's Mandarin Restaurant is easy to spot from the street, being colourfully fronted with greens, reds and gold in traditional Chinese style. The colours continue inside, creating a relaxed atmosphere of authenticity in which to dine. It's a family run and family friendly Chinese restaurant situated in Newcastle's China Town, first opened in the 1980's.

As well as offering pre and post-theatre dinners, the Mandarin also has its famous fixed price banquets and recently they incorporated the Thai Siam into the restaurant so now serve both Chinese and Thai cuisine.
