Manson in Fulham takes its name from the successful owner of the gastro pub Sand's End Eamon Manson, although originally it was called Balthazaar but it was changed due to a trade-name infringement. The dining room has a simple but modern décor with wood floors and tables, mirrors running across the back wall and low lighting.
Heading the kitchen is Alan Stewart whose CV includes stints at Michelin starred Chez Bruce, before joining Launceston Place working under executive chef Tristan Welch.
