Situated on Parkgate Promenade, this popular and lively bistro makes the best of its waterside location, and visitors are treated to great views over the Dee Estuary.

Seafood with a global slant is the main theme, and the kitchen delivers a wild bunch of specialities including pan-fried scallop and salmon cakes flavoured with Kaffir lime leaves, wasabi paste and spring onions; a New Orleans bonanza involving blackened catfish, a Southern-fried crawfish ball and king prawns served with 'plantation' sauce; also sea bass stuffed with crabmeat and wrapped in Parma ham.
