Michelin-starred chef Martin Wishart has added a second string to his bow by opening a new restaurant in De Vere's flagship Cameron House on the banks of Loch Lomond. Wishart started his stellar career here (he was chef de partie back in 1991) and he is keen to make an impact back on his old stomping ground.
