Massimo Restaurant & Oyster Bar is set in the luxurious Corinthia Hotel, just steps away from Trafalgar Square. It takes its name from celebrated chef Massimo Riccioli who originally opened the restaurant, but it's now overseen by Executive chef Garry Hollihead. alongside the original kitchen team.

The dining room designed by renowned architect David Collins is a sumptuous affair with soaring ceilings, towering Corinthian columns, textured oak panelling and rich fabrics.

The Mediterranean menu focuses on ultra-fresh seafood, oysters, sea urchins, fish, shellfish and lobsters, sourced locally where possible and committed to promoting sustainability, ensuring that all ingredients used are of the finest quality.
