Mezbaan means 'perfect host', which sounds like a good start when considering this hot new arrival on the Edinburgh scene. Situated in Tollcross, on the site of the old Shamiana restaurant, it's the first venue in the city to specialise in genuine South Indian cuisine from the provinces of Kerala, Goa, Karnakata and beyond.
