Seriously subdued lighting sets the tone in the groovy Mint Leaf basement bar and restaurant close to London's theatreland, and the entire space is a remarkable feat of contemporary design. Much of the culinary inspiration comes from the north of the Sub-continent, but the kitchen has its own take on traditional themes.
