Housed in the building that was once used by the Port Authority for administering Swansea's thriving maritime trade, Morgan's is now an unashamedly up-to-the-minute five star hotel with all mod cons, but still swathed in history.

The restaurant occupies the original boardroom on the first-floor and old seafaring murals still hang on the walls.
