Originally the farmstead attached to nearby Morley Manor, this family-run complex now incorporates a hotel, several restaurants and parkland golf courses deep in the Derbyshire countryside. It is also a favourite local venue for conferences, weddings and other special events.

The fine dining restaurant is housed in the farmstead's original dovecote (hence the name), and it still boasts original brickwork, a vaulted ceiling and exposed beams.
