Combining a bar, rôtisserie and grill, this buzzy venue in the centre of Chester is just the ticket for express seafood – and much more besides. The mussels themselves are from Anglesey and they are cooked every which way, from classic marinière to red Thai curry; frites and mayo are de rigueur side orders.
The menu also ventures into the realms of grilled steaks, corn-fed flame-roasted chicken with honey and mustard glaze, sea bass with pancetta and pine nuts on butternut squash and sweet potato risotto, and veggie options like ravioli filled with spinach and Ricotta.
